Rob CorcoranFounder / Real Estate Agent
Rob’s enthusiasm for real estate and his commitment to raising the bar in the industry inspired him to found Influence Real Estate in 2010. He moved to Utah from his hometown of Fairfax, VA in 1992 to attend Utah Valley University where he studied Business Management. After several years as a Marketing Sales Manager for Marriott International, Rob earned his real estate license in 2002 and has since earned a loyal following of private and corporate clients. He has successfully collaborated with multiple organizations across the Wasatch Front to meet their relocation needs. Rob’s passion is in creatively marketing high-end, luxury properties and he has established himself as a trendsetter in this niche market.

Kerry G. JuddPrincipal Broker
Kerry is an accomplished Real Estate Broker, CPA and Estate Planner with over 30 years of professional experience. Kerry has served in a variety of capacities such as Vice President of Finance for specialty retail organizations, a public accountant, and a Board Member of the UACPA. To add to his experience, he has a variety of credentials including CFP, AEP, CLU, ChFC, CDFA, GRI, and SFR. His vast understanding of market conditions and extensive experience make him a valued member of the Influence Real Estate team.

Lori GeeDirector of Relocation
A native of Ogden, Utah, Lori has extensive experience in the Utah real estate and relocation market. She attended Weber State University before settling in the Salt Lake City area in 1987 and began working in the industry in 1989. Prior to joining Influence Real Estate in 2011, Lori sold franchises for an international real estate company and enjoyed a successful career as a sales agent in the Salt Lake Valley market. She later served as the Vice President of Corporate Relocation for the largest real estate firm in Utah and the Director of Relocation for Prudential Utah Real Estate. Lori is a member of the Employee Relocation Council and holds several designations including CRP, CSP and GRI. She is a former member of the Relocation Director's Council and is currently Director of Events for the Intermountain Relocation Council.

Kate KlemmeMedia Relations Manager
Kate has eleven years professional experience in pharmaceutical, leadership training, and adult learning organizations. She is a graduate of BYU’s Executive MBA program with a concentration in Organizational Behavior and Management Communications. In addition to her role at Influence Real Estate, Kate teaches as an Adjunct Professor at Utah Valley University in the Management Department where she earned the Woodbury School of Business Adjunct Faculty Excellence Award.

specific focus on residential subdivisions. Mr. Lange resides in Salt Lake City
with his wife Laura and their two boys, Gardner and Nicholas. He enjoys being with family and just about
