Carolyn has been in real estate since 1985, specializing in the relocation industry for over 16 years.  She earned her Corporate Relocation Professional designation from the Employee Relocation Council, Inc. and is an active member of ERC. Carolyn has managed corporate and REO listings throughout the state of Utah and has supervised a state-wide team of Realtors who specialized in Corporate/REO properties. Carolyn sells with integrity, honesty, professionalism and knowledge. 

Amie's diverse background blends together to create a skill set that most agents envy. She studied marketing and graphic design at Weber State University then ran her own successful business. Amie ventured into real estate, as a team manager for another Realtor. Her mastery of business systems translated into the team being honored with the Top Producing Agent award four years in a row. In 2010 she branched out on her own and has made it her mission to wow her clients with unparalleled, personalized service and an "outside the box" approach to real estate. She joined the team at Influence Real Estate after being drawn to the company's “client first” philosophy. Her eye for both graphic and interior design, combined with her savvy for negotiating, marketing and technology ensure that buyers, sellers and investors receive the benefit of multiple professionals in one. She also specializes in short sale negotiations and prides herself on fighting for the rights of her clients and making their real estate goals become reality. Amie is not only talented, but truly passionate about what she does.

 Tracey is a qualified travel consultant and has a National Diploma in Tourism.  Her professional expertise, coupled with numerous personal moves with her husband’s

work, has made Tracey an expert in settling-in to a new area after relocating.
Her most recent move was to Utah from South Africa in 2008. Tracey’s
experiences and training make her the ideal resource when it comes to helping
transferees understand and execute the important tasks associated with relocating,
such as obtaining a local driver licence, establishing utility services, and registering
kids for school.

Nicole prides herself on providing outstanding service to her clients. She believes in building long term relationships through integrity and the giving of 110% to each of her buyers or sellers. Keeping up to date with current market conditions, changing guidelines, law alterations, negotiations and marketing strategies allows Nicole to educate and guide her clients.  Her clients can then make the choices that will enable them to benefit the most from the market and their personal situation. She has a specialized certification in distressed properties, and has become an expert in the buying and selling of Short Sales,  Bank Owned  and Distressed Properties. Nicole always puts the needs of her clients first.  She is never pushy, nor does she use a high-pressure sales approach. Her clients frequently refer her to friends and family, as they recognize the benefit of working with someone knowledgeable, experienced and dedicated, but most of all who puts their best interests first.

Brent began his career in
nonprofit work after receiving his Bachelor Degree in business marketing from
the University of Utah. He worked as
Director of Development for the Utah Symphony until 1996 when he changed his
career to real estate development. He
owned Princeton Development, LLC, which specialized in land development with a
specific focus on residential subdivisions. Mr. Lange resides in Salt Lake City
with his wife Laura and their two boys, Gardner and Nicholas. He enjoys being with family and just about
any activity in the outdoors. He
believes volunteer work, in working on behalf of young people and spends a
great deal of his time serving on boards as an advocate for young people.
